I specialize in functional fitness/crossfit training, weight lifting, bodyweight training such as HIIT with a Cardio & Core focus.

Coach Shellie helped me get my motivation back after a long pregnancy and maternity leave. I had so much to work on yet she was so patient with me! I did quite a few one on one sessions to start up a new routine and then was able to know exactly what I was doing with the online membership!
